About Us

Gologan Productions was founded in 2002 to advance the production of contemporary European drama and showcase the diversity of European theatre in the UK. Working with an international team of artists often leads to provocative answers and innovation. It also makes our theatre much more resonant and alive. We believe in ensemble work, in forming lasting partnerships with authors and artists and following artistic ideas through to create chances for a group of artists to develop a shared aesthetic.

We have collaborated with LIFT, BITE, the Royal Court, the Gate Theatre, the Young Vic, the Maly Drama Theatre of St. Petersburg, the Tik-Sho-Ret company, the Moscow Golden Mask Festival and others on a range of international projects. Gologan’s shows have played at Riverside Studios, the Gate Theatre, the Arcola and have toured internationally. Without our team’s concerted efforts these new and exciting experiences would have never had the chance to reach the London stage.
